Discounts can be available for 2 people sharing using only one bedroom and also for stays of 5 or more nights excluding August.

Time of entry is normally after 4-00 pm on the day of arrival and check out is 10-30 am on the day of departure.   Should you be arriving earlier than 4-00, and the apartment is not ready, or leaving later than 10-30, it may be possible on week days for luggage to be left with the concierge service.

Tariffs include gas & electricity, linen, Egyptian cotton towels and complimentary tea, coffee & milk on arrival.   A full inventory is available and damage or breakages will be charged.

To Reserve

To make a reservation you will be asked to pay a deposit of 20% of the total cost of the booking.  Full payment is required two weeks before the date of arrival.   Mastercard, Visa and Debit cards are accepted for payment.   We do not accept Amex or Diners.

Our Cancellation Policy 

Reservations require one months notice of cancellation.  Should less than one month be given and should the apartment fail to be rebooked we will charge for the booking.  In the event of rebooking only a 10% administration charge will be taken.  Failure to arrive is considered a cancellation.  

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE BY TELEPHONE.   Cancellations made by email have not always been received in which case the booking was and will be charged.
